Incorrect design of the passivity bar

  • Make sure you have selected the right connection.
  • Make sure your Lab has used the right library.
  • Make sure your Lab has correctly installed the library. The OXO Fit software must be closed and opened again after library installation.
  • Make sure you have correctly considered the soft tissues during the design of the passivity. You can compare the passivity bar design with the intraoral scanner to check that there is no contact with soft tissues.
