Make sure that the patient is in a sitting position.
Make also sure that you have placed the OXO Core forming a 90º angle with the transversal axis of the patient and at a distance of about 30/40 cm from the patient.
It is important to check in each of the capture steps that the beacons are being detected by the OXO Jaw software. It is also important to wait for the image to appear as static as possible on the screen on which the OXO Jaw software is being displayed before taking the different captures.
